How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package with the number.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking numbers can take a while to update. Please allow some time if you have just received shipment notification and tracking details have not been shown.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders.

What if I refuse my order at delivery?

If a package is refused at delivery and sent back to our warehouse, the shipping costs and/or any duties/taxes incurred will not be refunded. We strongly recommend you to review your order before shipment.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at support@noiranca.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

What if I receive my order and it’s damaged?

First and foremost, please accept our genuine apology if it does happen to you. Our bags go through meticulous examination before shipping, but occasionally damage can be done during the shipping process. If you’ve received a faulty item, please let us know right away at support@noiranca.com with a photo attached and a brief description of the damage, and we will arrange another one to be shipped right away. 

Do you offer gift wrap?

We do not provide gift wrapping service as we want to minimize packaging waste. Rest assured that all orders will arrive in our signature #MyNoirancaBox which is both durable and eco-friendly (FSC certified recycled paper and soy ink printing). A dust bag will be included for greater protection and convenient storage of your NOIRANCA bag.

Do you ship to post office, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office)?

Unfortunately we do not ship to Post office boxes, Army Post office, nor Fleet post office at the moment.

Purchasing & Payment

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. Please contact us via support@noiranca.com if you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours from order placement.

If an item is sold out, will it be available in the future?

Yes, most items are our permanent collection to pave the way for lasting style. We produce our pieces in smaller quantities, to avoid excessive stocks or waste, and to ensure they go to people who would really cherish them, so it is possible that they are sold out sometimes. But do not worry, they will come back very soon.  

Can I make changes to my order? 

Yes, please contact us via support@noiranca.com to request for change. Modification of order is available on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, please contact us via support@noiranca.com to request for cancellation. Cancellation of order is ONLY allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. 

Do you have any offline stores?

To minimise carbon emissions, we are currently selling products directly on our website.

What payment options do you offer? / What method of payment is accepted?

We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I find about promotions and sale offers?

Subscribe to our email list on our homepage and you will receive updates on promotions and sale offers.

How do I use my discount code?

Under the payment method page, insert the discount code in the text field and click apply. If the discount code you entered was applied successfully, you'll see the item at a discounted price.

Why is my promo code not working?

Here are some possible reasons:

  • You may need to login or checkout as a guest
  • A minimum spend is required
  • It has been redeemed already
  • It is invalid on certain items
  • It has expired
  • It has been misspelt

    If your promo code still cannot be used, please check promotion T&Cs.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments on any promotions or sales that begin after your order is placed.

When will my credit card be charged?

Once you have placed your order, charge will be placed to your credit card.

Why was my card declined at checkout?

A card can be declined for different reasons. Make sure the card details you have entered are correct. If your payment is still declined, please contact your bank for further assistance.

What currency will I pay in?

All of our transactions are based in US dollars. Prices shown in different currencies on our website are for quick reference only.

If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. In addition, your issuer may charge service fees with processing payment in another currency. Please contact your bank for further information.

Do I have to set up an account to shop? What are the benefits?

You can always shop with us without setting up an account. However, you will be able to review your orders and past purchases, add items to your wish list, and receive notifications of latest collections if you create an account.

How do I create an account?

Please click “Forgot password” on the sign in page and follow the instructions.

Is my personal information safe with you? 

Yes, we take utmost care of the information customers provide with us when placing an order. The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, so all your information is safe!

Do you offer repair services or sell spare parts?

Unfortunately we do not offer any repair services or sell spare parts at the moment.

Why does my product look different than its pictures on the website?

NOIRANCA products are crafted with the highest quality original input materials, sourced specifically for each design. If you feel that the color of your product is slightly different from the pictures on our website, it is probably due to the color deviation on different electronic devices. Besides, our design may occasionally feature an input material that will naturally present variation. Rest assured that this is normal and is the intent of the design. If you have questions or would like to speak to someone about observed variation in your product, please contact us at support@noiranca.com.
