Do you ship to my country?

We offer free shipping to most international destinations so that everyone can enjoy our pieces. 


We are unable to offer shipments to these countries at this time: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Martinique, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Botswana, Saint Martin, Bermuda, Malawi, New Caledonia, Jamaica, Madagascar, Brunei Darussalam, Cape Verde, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Greenland, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Somalia, Papua New Guinea and Dominican Republic.


How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, pending availability and any credit card verification. As soon as the orders are shipped, it’s estimated that US customers will receive the order within 3-7 business days; while it may take 3-10 business days for international orders.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.


Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.


Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


Can I change my shipping method?

You cannot change the shipping method once your order has been shipped.


Can I return or exchange a product?

We care about your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our bag and wish to return or exchange it, we would be more than happy to let you do so. Please send a return request to support@noiranca.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.


The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original condition it was shipped in order to get a refund. This includes the packaging box, brand message card, and other materials inside. The merchandise will be shipped back to us at your expense unless it is defective. Your refund will be credited to the credit card you used to make the purchase. Under no circumstances can items purchased as Final Sale be returned or exchanged. NOIRANCA is not responsible for lost shipments.


Can I return a sale item?

Items purchased with a discount code, or those marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


Will I be charged for shipping on my return or exchange?

The merchandise will be shipped back to us at your expense unless it is defective.


When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the credit card you used to make the purchase within 14 business days once we have received and processed your return.When your return has been completely processed, please allow another 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.


Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?

The amount you paid at checkout will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Please note that discounted or Final sale items are non refundable.


Will I be refunded the taxes/duties?

Taxes/duties will not be refunded as they are collected by the shipping country.


Can I place two different shipping addresses when processing an order?

We limit one shipping address per transaction. Orders should be processed separately if you need to ship to different addresses.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?  

Yes, please send us an email via support@noiranca.com to update the shipping address. You can do this on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed.


Can I ship my order to another country than my billing address?

It is possible to ship your order to another country, different from your billing address. Please kindly provide all shipping information of your order at checkout.
